Youth Athletic Bootcamp is a foundations of athletics class geared for ages 6-12. This classes focuses on the basics of speed, strength, agility, and coordination with everything from ladder drills, cone drills, and footwork to more complex sprint mechanics and directional changes. This class meets 3 times per week on Monday Wednesday and Friday at 5pm
Advanced Athletic Performance training geared for ages 13 and up. Speed, strength, agility, and explosiveness training that is more strength and conditioning based than the Youth Athletic class with a focus on functional weightlifting for sports, balance / stability, and proprioception. This class meets daily Monday-Friday at 7pm.
