We’re now offering 6 week Yoga courses! Our low impact courses will teach and empower you while you LEARN Yoga. This is NOT your typical open class yoga setting, but rather a lesson based course that will take you from the very basics of breath and posture through 6 weeks of progressions that will have you confident in your ability to perform routines with or without an instructor. Beginner to Intermediate levels available.
Also, check out our Stretch and Recovery classes offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm designed to help you recover from bootcamp or personal training and prevent injury through increased flexibility. See Stretch and Recovery Packages HERE

SUMMER KIDS YOGA starts June 28! This 6 week course will take kids from beginner to advanced yoga in 6 weeks while helping them learn to control their energy and focus.

Due to course structure, registration for each course below will close 2 weeks after the start date. Interested in dropping in after registration has closed? One drop in will be allowed per course after registration close date to provide a trial of the course for future registration. Registrations purchased after the course close date will be applied to the next course offered.
