Join us for high-intensity, low-impact bootcamp style yoga class! Select pop-up dates available!
Our low impact courses will teach and empower you while you LEARN Yoga. Our courses are NOT your typical open class yoga setting! We offer a lesson based course that will take you from the very basics of breath and posture through 6 weeks of progressions and have you confident in your ability to perform routines with or without an instructor. Beginner to Intermediate levels available.
For a more personalized approach, 1:1 Yoga and Assisted Stretch programs are available! Contact us for more info!

Yoga 6 Week Course Schedule:
Due to course structure, registration for each course below will close 2 weeks after the start date. Interested in dropping in after registration has closed? One drop in will be allowed per course after registration close date to provide a trial of the course for future registration. Registrations purchased after the course close date will be applied to the next course offered.
